Marshall Leasing Driver Survey

A key objective for Marshall Leasing is to ensure that our clients drivers receive the best possible services and to ensure that their time in a Marshall Leasing vehicle is as easy and trouble free as possible. We have been surveying drivers over the last 6 months to see how well we have been doing.
We asked for a range of services to be rated on a scale of poor/average/good/excellent.
In answer to the question about the driver services help line “Please rate the knowledge, friendliness & efficiency of the operator” the drivers responded with an impressive 94.2% “good or excellent”, in fact over half (55%) rated it excellent. Not one driver rated it as “poor”. And…
When we asked those that had booked their service via the web site they rated their booking experience 100% “good or excellent”!
In relation to the servicing, in answer to the question “Was all the required work completed satisfactorily?” 92.4% of drivers said yes, and in answer to the question “How would you rate your overall experience with the garage?” the drivers responded with 88.9% “good or excellent”
These are very positive results which demonstrate our aims of being easy to do business with.
