Recruitment enhances Marshall Leasing
Marshall Leasing are delighted to announce the recruitment of three new front-line professionals
Julie Irons, New Business Account Manager
Julie is married with two sons. She started her career as a Highways Officer, assessing planning applications and negotiating with developers for contributions to highway improvements. At 30, Julie changed direction and began to use her negotiation skills in sales, with roles in education, advertising, and her own company. Since 2006, Julie has worked at Marshalls Landscaping Products, initially in Specification Sales, with architects and engineers, before being promoted to the National Housing Developer Role, where she negotiated rebate agreements with the likes of Barratts and Bovis. She was then promoted to Regional Trading Manager, managing an external sales team and responsible for sales to independent merchants, Travis Perkins and Jewsons. Julie has joined Richard Baird’s New Business Development Team and will be working alongside Richard growing our business.
Loves – Family, sunshine, Chinese food, long walks and shoes!
Hates – Marmite, having her photo taken, ironing, being late, the TV show Big Brother
Lottie Linell, New Business Account Manager
Lottie is a commercially driven and highly qualified individual. On leaving university, Lottie went to work for GAP plc. This was a great platform to learn key values in customer service, people management and, of course, selling jeans. She has since spent over nine years working in the B2B Fleet Management and Motor industry starting within customer services and quickly advancing into more senior roles. Lottie is currently the North East Chairman for ACfO.
Lottie will be based in the North, driving Marshall Leasing forward and creating a strong customer representation for us in an area that hitherto we have not been as visible as we would have liked.
Loves –Her husband and baby daughter, family and friends, Formula 1, fashion design, sewing, shoes and Mulberry
Hates –Bad manners, ignorant people, rain and weak tea
Antony Doyle, Key Account Manager
Tony is a keen sportsman and continues to play football and cricket for local teams and has successfully completed three marathons and several triathlons.
Tony and has 20 years’ experience in the fleet industry. After completing a Business Degree at Aston University in 1994 he worked with Masterlease and Leasedrive for 18 years in a variety of roles within business development as a Corporate Account Manager and later in the Public Sector New Business Team as a salary sacrifice car scheme specialist. Recently he assisted FleetHire Limited in the development of their Car Salary Exchange scheme. Tony has joined Christian Sawers account management team where the focus is on retention and growth within our much-valued client base.
Loves – reading, cricket, golf, football and walking his springer spaniel, Tank
