Ringing in the changes

At Marshall Leasing we are always looking for ways to improve our customer offering or reduce costs on behalf of our valued customers. With immediate effect, we have switched our Driver Services contact number to a 0345 dialling code, whereby call charges will be capped at standard geographical rates and will likely be included in any mobile call bundles, as with any normal 01/02 prefix.
Our existing 0845 number will run alongside this new number for a while but will ultimately be switched off leaving a simple recoded message to redial using the 0345 prefix. We have managed to retain the rest of our number as before:

We will be updating our website with the new details and will be producing updated driver information packs for future vehicle deliveries. However, with the change only applying to the dialling prefix and the fact that the old number will carry a recorded message we do not envisage contacting drivers individually.
