Marshall Leasing scoops top customer service award
03 April 2017
Leading vehicle leasing and fleet management company Marshall Leasing have been awarded for their service to customers in the Experteye awards.
Voted by fleet decision makers, Marshall Leasing topped the category which recognises service to fleet operators with up to 250 vehicles. The Experteye awards cover eight different fleet and automotive categories.
Marshall Leasing’s Fleeteye CSI honour is based on results obtained throughout 2016 from Experteye’s market-leading post-sale customer satisfaction survey, drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK.
Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye, who ask an extensive range of questions on a monthly basis. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.
Rick Yarrow, Experteye’s chairman and founder, said: “We are delighted to present this award to Marshall Leasing, What makes this accolade so important is, rather than being awarded by a judging panel, it is based on independent feedback we receive from customers.
“There is no better judge than the fleet operators themselves who use the services of contract hire and fleet management providers, which is why we are pleased to recognise Marshall Leasing in the category up to 250 vehicles.”
Fleeteye CSI is the benchmark survey in the fleet sector for measuring service levels from major contract hire and leasing providers. Companies that subscribe enjoy flexible back-end reporting and the ability to tailor the question sets so that they are meaningful. Fleet managers who complete the survey also benefit from accessing industry benchmarking data giving them vital statistics on how well they are being served compared to other fleet operators.
Jonathan Ross, Sales and Marketing Director at Marshall Leasing, said: “Customer satisfaction is what we strive for. This award is a fantastic endorsement from our customers and the independent fleet managers who participate in the Fleet Eye survey. In 2016 we were recognised by the fleet management fraternity when we won the ACFO fleet service company of the year award. This year we have been ‘highly commended’ by Fleet News in the Contract hire company of the year sub 20,000 vehicles category, so to have a third win is really encouraging.
“At Marshall Leasing we never forget that our customers have a choice and that we grow by reputation. The Marshall Leasing team work extremely hard to deliver on client expectation. This award is all about the team and on their behalf, I would like to say thank you to all those who participate in the survey. I know it is time consuming to respond to surveys, but we really do take the feedback seriously. We track our performance and work extremely hard to make constant improvement.”
Peter Cakebread, Marshall Leasing Managing Director, said: “This is particularly rewarding because our offering is primarily customer centric. We put the customer at the heart of everything that we do and we endeavour to take a common-sense and reasonable approach to the more emotive aspects of a contracted fleet offering.
“We are very much a people based business and this is a well-deserved acknowledgement of our colleague’s sterling efforts. Marshall Leasing enjoys industry leading colleague retention levels and it is no coincidence that this results in a consistent and excellent customer experience. Well done to all the Marshall Leasing team.”
