We recognise that people are at the heart of our success. Although we have continued to face challenges beyond our control this year, we are immensely proud of our teams – most notably our Customer Service Advisory team who were Highly Commended at the recent FN50 awards.

We are immensely grateful to our wonderful customers, partners and all those who have supported our business this year. We are looking forward to a productive 2022.
